I did it! *fist pump* 31 days of blogging. Go me!
This week has been a week for beginnings but also endings.
- I finished the 21dsd program
- I started a new strength training program
- The kids went back to school
- I have finished phase 1 (the pre-conditioning phase) or my running plan
- I have started phase 2 (the getting faster phase) of my running plan
- I have finished my blogging every day in January challenge
Satisfaction is what it feels like when you come across that moment when you realised that you could.
Because we all can. If we want it bad enough we make it happen.
Really it comes down to want, schedule & support.
Those were the 3 things that helped me through this.
I wanted this project to work
If I didn’t want this project to happen, I would have ignored it or put it in the too-hard basic.
Making it important to me meant that I couldn’t let my readers down. I made it public, I had accountability, and I couldn’t let you (who is reading this) down.
Creating a schedule
Making a list of post ideas and scheduling posts in advance are just 2 small factors that helped make this project rock.
Support
Having the support of my family and also my readers also helped me make this project happen.

Have you done a monthly blogging challenge before?
Will you do a monthly blogging challenge for February?
Ha! Well you have blogged every day but I’m so behind in blog reading. But I will catch up!!! Cause I love your blog. Love having goals too I’m such a cross your job off your list kinda girl. It’s like mission accomplished.
Well you have been on holidays. Enjoy the posts either way.
That is awesome! I tried to catch most of them! A few I read on my phone, and my phone is horrible for commenting on:) But I think this is awesome, I have never tried to blog every day for a month before, but maybe one day! I just get so busy come the weekends, I have to sort of let it go on them:) But like you said planning ahead!
Actually, in January because of all the planning and scheduling and everything for the Grow Your Blog Hop, I had to work ahead, otherwise I knew I would never have time. So I was pretty proud of myself that I had (aside from my Monday posts) was able to get all my February posts written and scheduled. I knew if I didn’t, I would never have time to keep up with the hop participation, and scheduling of it all:)
Congrats on your January goal, made and completed!! Woot Woot!!!
Thanks Kristy. It’s hard work, but worth it. I didn’t expect people to comment everyday, cause I don’t comment on all the blogs I read.
I’m looking forward to the blog hop. I’ve got some good idea’s (err, jan posts that I never got around to writing) too.
I’m not sure I could commit to blogging everyday but kudos to you for making it work. Sounds like you came up with some great blog posts throughout the month!
I’ve got some catching up to do! Awesome job completing the 31 days! I guess I fear I’d run out of things to say! It’s defo something I would consider doing in the future 🙂 x
