Telstra Shop Handicap
I have a cold (sad face). I’m not too sure where I got it, but either way, I knew that I wasn’t going to have a flash club run. These things happen, and since it’s outside of my control, there is nothing I can do about it, you just have to plod on. This week’s club

Dooen Engineering Sealed Handicap
The Stawell Running Club season opens with the Dooen Engineering Sealed Handicap. I missed this race in 2013 as I was in Geelong to run the Geelong Half Marathon. I’m glad the running season is open for the year, it keeps me motivated and pushes me to get faster. The first race for the year

Andrew Darnell Memorial Championship
After a bye last week, it was nice to have the regularity of a club run. This week’s race was held up in Horsham along the river. The course was not the same as last year, due to work on the bridge. Either way, the course was flat, which means fast, but you never know
