Today we might have to change our running date to an easy walking date, or maybe the ‘old school’ coffee date instead.
Running is currently on hold for me at the moment due to an injury.
October has been an up-and-down month since it has come to running.
Even though I had a two-week break because I got sick, I was still able to punch out 113km of running.
I wonder how many Ks I could have gotten if I didn’t get sick?
