Goodbye January, and so long to blogging every day.
Phew, I’m glad that is over. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed it, but it’s also a lot of work.
So pull up a chair and grab a drink, and let’s catch up for our Monthly Coffee Date.
Normally I post these on the 1st Saturday of the month, but I was busy, so it’s happening today instead.
If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you that January was a month of Fun & Adventure!
It all started with going to the Pancake Parlour for brunch, on Miles’ birthday.
Having not been there for over 10 years, it was a delicious treat.
If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you that the birthday celebrations continued at Cliffhanger.
We haven’t had the opportunity to visit again, but we look forward to being able to do some rock climbing there again soon.
If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you that we had a much-needed mini holiday down in Warrnambool & surrounds.
Strolls, beach, ice-creams, sun. What’s not awesome about that?
If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you that we stumbled on our first Geocache at Manja Shelter.
Needless to say, we are hooked on geocaching now.
If we were sitting down for coffee, what would you tell me?
Geocaching is so fun! I go into it with my nieces and nephews last year and we had a blast with it. Looking forward to when the snow melts and we can get out next summer and do it again!
Looks like a fun beach vacation too. Your reminding me how much I would love a warm beach trip myself:)
We found another Geocache this weekend, but we didn’t have the gps, we were going by a dodge map and a photo. Still manage to find it.
I would love to try geocaching! I have several friends who love it. I would like a beach vacation too! It is really cold here in Minnesota.
Oh you must, esp if you have kids, it’s basically a treasure hunt. What kid (or adult) doesn’t like a treasure hunt!
