I never use to be a blog reader. I use to read the odd blog post here and there, but never really followed anyone. Things changed when I became a blogger. It then became hand in hand. And there are some blogs out there that I really enjoy, so I thought I would share some with you.
Paleo / Primal Blogs
It’s hard to narrow down my Paleo Blogs as there are some great ones out there.
Paleo Parents
Is a blog written by Matt & Stacy. They are a family of 5 who transitioned to Paleo and noticed some incredible changes to their family, not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Their blog is fun, informative, but also very real, and that appeals to me as a parent.
PaleOMG
I’m not too sure how I came across Juli’s blog.
But if you are into paleo, or just looking for clean but super tasty recipes, then you must visit PaleOMG.
Other fantastic Paleo/Primal blogs to have a look at our
- Everyday Maven – Whole Foods aka Nutrient Dense meets Weight Watchers.
- Stupid Easy Paleo – Stef is a crossfitter, and has some mad recipes.
- Carrie Brown – Carrie will teach you all about eating and exercising SANE
Health / Lifestyle Blogs
Again there are a lot that I can put down. These blogs however all offer something I can identify with.
Happy Fit Mama
Angela is the owner of the Happy Fit Mama blog. She’s an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist based in the USA. She loves all things running, yoga and fitness. Something I know I can easily identify with.
Jill Conyers
I came across Jill’s website last year thanks to a running blog link-up. Jill is Vegan (only something I learned in the last 6 months). Jill believes in the importance of wellness, living passionately by design, and being the best that she can be.
Move Nourish Believe
If you know Lorna Jane, you know the MNB movement.
The MNB blog is all about living the Lorna Jane philosophy. Moving your body, Nourishing your body, and Believing in yourself.
What blogs do you follow?
I might have to check some of these out after a 3-day juice detox I’ve been offered, it’s just what I need to kick-off my health and fitness journey, I’ve been slack for WAY too long 🙂
You should check out http://whole9life.com/ too
oh and http://theclothesmakethegirl.com/
other great blog. There are just too many to choose!
Will check some of these out, I’m sure they’ll be very inspiring!
I’ve made a few recipes from each of them, it’s good to widen the menu.
I’m all about exercise next month… We are careful about what we eat over here – will check out some of the paleo blogs 🙂
I love Jill’s blog, I found her blog a little over a year ago, and have enjoyed it ever since! I am like you, before I blogged I never really thought to go and blog surf or check others out. But like you said, they go hand in hand, and now I have discovered some amazing people that I like to call my “online friends”.
Exactly. I would not have found your blog if that never happened.
Thanks for sharing these blogs Matilda. I loved learning about paleo since reading your blog.
No worries Sam, sharing is caring (providing it’s not a cold).
If you want anymore, let me know, I have a list a mile long 😛
