Week 3 of Motivational Monday – July Challenge
NTC stands for Nike Training Club.
Nike designed this for women, (obviously to do at home), but men, you can do it too, and believe me you’ll get a work out! What I love about NTC is that there are so many workouts, but best part, each workout is suited to your skill level ie, Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced. Workouts last from 15 ins to 45 mins.
So NTC is my challenge for week 3 in July.
