Ultimate Running Date #52

Wow, what a month September was.  I set a challenge to run every day in September, and that I did.

In typical post-holiday style, I’ve not got a bit of a head cold. Considering it was go-go-go, I’m pretty sure my body is saying “This is what you get for thrashing me for 30 days straight”.

RED September surprised me, so I will blog about that in the next few days.

The short of is, that I enjoyed it.

Will I do it again? Most likely, but it’s definitely something to plan in advance.

September Running Statistics

Distance – 268km (251.2km of those were running kilometres)
Total Hours – 30
Longest Distance
– 18 km
Number of Activities
– 37

Overall Running Statistics

Total Moving Distance – 1607 km ???
Monthly Average – 178.5 km
2018 Prediction – 2142 km

Why are the question marks for the total moving distance? Well, to be honest, I’m not too sure what my total moving distance is as I have 3 different numbers.

The number from my done app is – 1558 km.

My Strava profile, tells me my total running distance is 1438 km.

Strava also tells me under my calendar (as it takes into account all activities and moving distances), is 1624.1 km.

Can you see my conundrum, my confusion if you will?  Which do I choose?

I can see myself making that decision come 31st December. For the moment I’m just happy that I smashed out the most kilometers I have EVER done in a month.

Until next time, run happy.
