We are halfway through March already and we are yet to have our running date. It’s that time of the month again to catch up on all things running-related.
Shame on me.
Let’s not delay anymore, strap on some shoes, and let’s go for a run. It might be short, but sometimes you just need to keep things short and sweet.
My return to the running program is doing really well and I’m in the final stages. I haven’t had any issues with my back or hip, which is fantastic news.
February saw me clock up a lot more kilometres compared to January.

I’m getting there, it’s an improvement in January. Give it time and we’ll see some bigger numbers.
