The other day I woke up and I seriously did not feel like going for a run. The day prior however I was utterly exhausted, and the thought of going for a run just tired me out some more. So I decided to take a day off.
On this particular day however I was tired, but no exhausted. So I decided to suck it up and just run. I decided to test out my new playlist and run by feel.
Well the new playlist did the trick. I felt good. I wasn’t going fast, but I was having fun, singing and run dancing. Yes run dancing, doing the waves and arm actions. Just as well I was out in the bush so no one could see how much of a dork I looked like.

If you haven’t seen the video clip for Shut up and Dance you should. It’s 80’s inspired. But I’ll also mention that he stole Tom’s dance moves. Need I say more.
While compiling this list I did have a bit of a conundrum. I had other music, that I was really enjoying but just wasn’t fitting. So I had to make a bonus music list.
