I love browsing on Pinterest. I get loads of ideas. The problem is I get too many ideas and not enough time.
I am trying though. I am attempting new things, so it can’t be that all bad.

Where I plan on doing a plank each day and building up my time. It would be awesome to get to 300 secs aka 5 mins, but we’ll see.
I should note that I didn’t decide to do this challenge on the 1st of the month. I decided to start this challenge on the 3rd. I also didn’t start at 20secs, like the tribesports challenge states (cause I only just found that challenge picture). When I started I thought, I’ll hold the plank until I can’t anymore. That ended up being 1 minute. So that’s my base line.
