Plank a Day

I love browsing on Pinterest.  I get loads of ideas.  The problem is I get too many ideas and not enough time.

I am trying though. I am attempting new things, so it can’t be that all bad.

July I had fitness challenges, where I did Yoga, Pilates, Blogilates, and NTC.

August brought health challenges.

September I’m bringing you

Where I plan on doing a plank each day, and build up my time. It would be awesome to get to 300 secs aka 5 mins, but we’ll see.

I should note that I didn’t decide to do this challenge on the 1st of the month.  I decided to start this challenge on the 3rd. I also didn’t start at 20secs, like the tribesports challenge states (cause I only just found that challenge picture).  When I started I thought, I’ll hold the plank until I can’t anymore. That ended up being 1 minute. So that’s my base line.

  1. Pinterest can be an evil pleasure, I can loose too much time there if I am not careful!
    I’ve never done a plank challenge, but I will be rooting for you!
    Once I can get this injury behind me and get my fitness levels back up, there are a lot of things I’d like to work on, and I can honestly see one of these challenges hitting my plate in my future:)
