The NTC challenge that I set for myself has come to an end. A week just doesn’t seem long enough, so I understand why people set themselves monthly challenges. Therefor my next challenge I will set for at least a month. I know that there will be another challenge, but I haven’t quite decided what that challenge will be yet.
This week has been a bit of taper week for me. Last weeks Troopers Creek run must have taken more out of me than I thought. I had a really crappy recovery run on Monday. It was just all kinds of awful. I was tired, sore and just blah. There were no more runs for me leading up to tomorrow’s half marathon at RunMelbourne.

No workout for Saturday as I will be walking around like a crazy person at the “kids” Run Melbourne, and Sunday, well that’s my half day so besides a stretch their wont be any other NTC workouts scheduled.
I will be revisiting NTC for sure. I have really enjoyed it, there are are so many different workouts and drills, so you don’t get bored that’s for sure.
