I’ve been a big user of the Nike Training Club app for the better part of a decade.
In their recent update, I noticed that there are now 434 workouts!
The NTC app offers classes for all. From invigorating yoga classes to bodyweight sessions, to workouts with or without equipment. You can find the right workout for you with the tools that you have.
Whether you have 5 minutes or 50 minutes, NTC has a class for you.
This is why I have decided to complete all 434 workouts.
Yes, there are workouts that I have already done, but I’ve decided to have a clean slate.
I know there will be workouts I will hate, but I’m hoping that there will be a few gems in there too.
NTC will not be replacing my strength program. It will be supporting it.
I will use the shorter HIIT or bodyweight workouts as warm up’s, with the yoga and mobility classes as post-run/strength training workouts.
This challenge will take me the better part of the year, and I will document in my journal, what workout I did, when I did it, and my thoughts about it.
