Just A Minute Workout

One minute is doable.

Everyone can do 1 minute.

Which is why this particular speedwork session is suited for anyone of any abilities.

Whether you a new to running, returning from injury, or just want something different. Just a minute is the workout you need to do this week.

Your warm up could be a walk, or an easy run.

Your interval’s can be based on pace or effort.

The recovery intervals could be an easy jog or a walk, or if need be complete rest.

The workout will take 40 minutes and you will cover anywhere from 4 to 7km, depending your your effort, speed and level of ability.

You choose what suits you on the day!
