Back in 2014, (wow 6 years ago!) I came across the 100 happy days challenge.
The challenge was simple, to find something that made you happy every day for 100 days.
It’s easy to fall into that super-busy trap. But what is busy?
Yes, our lives are full, but we have the choice to decide what to fill our life with.
This project is designed so you find the time to enjoy and truly appreciate the moment that you are in.
I figured that 2020 has not been the year that a lot of us expected, that instead of focusing on all the negative, to focus on just 1 thing that brings us joy.
Which is why I have decided to do another challenge.
With everything cancelled, and restrictions in place it’s so easy to just complain about everything.
- I can’t visit my family
- I can’t see my friends.
- I can’t go to the gym.
- I can’t go out to my favourite restaurant.
- I can’t go on holiday.
I DO NOT want or need any more negativity in my life. So instead I thought I would play along and find all the things no matter how big or small that bring me love, joy, or happiness.
You can find my photos on Instagram.
I’ll always use the hashtag #100happydays, and if I remember #mihappydays to so you can find my stuff.
