Tropical Smoothie Bowl

A friend of mine was posting these delicious images on Instagram of her smoothie bowls.

Having never made one before I thought I would give it a go.

My first attempt at making a smoothie bowl was a fail. It was tasty but it was too runny. I want to eat it with a spoon not drink it.

After consulting my friend, I discovered ratio’s were all wrong.

It took a few more attempts, but now I have perfected it.

On a hot summer day, these smoothie bowls will cool you down. Have them for breakfast, or treat yourself to one for lunch.
