So somehow in my busy life, I forgot to post my speedwork sessions. The last speedwork session I posted was back in May! Oops sorry about that.
I have been doing them. In fact, I have been doing a lot of hill repeats in preparation for various trail events.
Hill Repeats are still a form of speedwork but are very different from what I have previously been posting.
Never done hill repeats? Well, this workout will make you learn to love those hills.
If you have never done this type of workout before, then I’d recommended starting off with only 3-4 repeats. Then over time, build up to 7-8.
The goal is to make each repeat a little faster.
