I’ve had my Polar M400 for a year now, and I’ve only just discovered the timer feature.
I always knew it had a timer, I just never used it.
Until now.
We all know that to run faster, we have to run faster.
Like no der sunshine, which is why interval sessions are so important in improving speed.
In the past, my speedwork sessions have been based on distance.
While this isn’t a bad thing, sometimes it’s nice to push the boundaries and think outside the box.
My long runs are based on time, not distance, so why not speed?
This is how I came about using the timer feature on my watch.
You will cover approx anywhere from 5-8km depending on how fast you go.
Enjoy!
