Banana, Avocado & Strawberry Surprise

Surprise! My daughter is now 7.

SEVEN! My first born now 7! Where has the time gone? She’s growing up too quickly.

Of course ,she wanted to have a party, a celebration with family and friends. We chose to have a bbq at the local park.  Was a great day for it.

Coming back to party food though, I will state now that most kids parties are full of SAD (Standard Australia/American Diet) crappy food that is loaded with sugar, salt and just nasty stuff.

I didn’t want to be a hypocrite and supply food that is that typical SAD Crap food. I wanted this party to be healthy but most importantly kid friendly.

The other thing that I had to keep in mind was that 2 of the guests have food restrictions.  One child has nut allergies, and another child who is gluten free.

Now let me tell you, this makes for an interesting cake, as (most) gluten free cakes, are NOT nut free.  Thank goodness for coconut flour, is all I can say.

But this post is not about cake.  It’s about 3 simple ingredients. A banana, an avocado, and a punnet of strawberries,
