Speedwork Session #35: The Easy Burger

This speedwork session is the sister workout to the Easy Sandwich.

Instead, you have more running at the start, aka the burger’s top.

And less running at the end aka the bottom of the burger.

This workout is perfect on hot summer days, or when you are feeling tired but want to get the body pumping.

I’ve also taken this workout to the trails for some extra spice.
