We all have our own set of problems.
Problems come in all shapes and sizes.
Some of us are able to work out those problems with the help of friends, and family, while others need help from a therapist.
It’s ok to seek help.
One thing I have learned through my own experiences is how running helps to clear my head.
Running helps me to solve problems.
It also helps me to daydream, find stories and just clear my head.
It’s like every step helps to unravel all my issues and puts them back together in a clear and understanding way.
So I run, not just for my physical health, but for my mental health.
