Yes, a new month has come around, so it’s time for Running Stats time.
August brought a lot of short runs. It also brought a few running PB’s. So it was an interesting month.
As you can see not a huge amount of long runs, a 10km and a 12km where really my only long runs. Work issues just cut into my running time, and I only like to run on days I know my kids are in kinda/school. But that’s ok, it happens. I also go sick so you can see the end of the month with a huge gap of no runs.
For the pb’s I set a new time for 8km and 5km. So yay! Both of those were Saturday Club runs too.
The Numbers by Month
January – 83.7km
February – 89.3km
March – 110.14km
April – 113.41km
May – 79.93km
June – 106.40km
July – 93.64km
August – 87.13km
Total – 736.65km
To Go – 236.35
That’s a minimum of 60km a month from here on out. To break it down even more, that’s just 5km 3 days a week. Nothing really. Currently I’m averaging 95km a month, which is not bad I say.
