Challenge JULY

So we all know that running is a part of my life.  When I don’t run, I do some other type of cross-training.

Currently, it is Les Mills Combat. Don’t get me wrong I’m enjoying but it’s not as intense as other programs I have previously done.  (Fitter possibly).

This is why I have decided to give myself a challenge in July.

Each week in July I will give myself a Challenge.

The rules:

  1. The workout must be in addition to my current workout. 
  2. I must have some type of photo evidence of each workout.
  3. I must blog about my experience at the end of the week.
