Speedwork Sessions #6

It occurred to me the other day that it has been a while since I posted a Speedwork Session.

The last ones can be found Speedwork Sessions #5.

The last few speedwork sessions I have done have involved lots of walking.  Now walking is not a bad thing. Walking aids in better recovery, it also aids in you going harder when you to have to go fast. So enjoy the walk breaks I say.

This speedwork session does not have walk breaks, so take the jogs nice and slow.


If you need to, take a walk break after the 300m stretches before you start the next round. 
You should cover about 8km in this session, and it will take 45-50 minutes.
