The Ultimate Coffee Date #9

So Easter just happened. It was so crazy at work that even a couple of people said to have a good Christmas, yeah I kid you not!

Pull up a chair grab a coffee or whatever floats your boat and let’s catch up.

If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you I am utterly exhausted.  With working, keeping house, being sick.  I’m just tired, and I look forward to my days off.

If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you that I have discovered I much prefer working the late shift than the earlier morning shift for work.

When I work the late shift, I get to run or do my exercise stuff in the morning.  Earlier morning shifts mean I’m way too exhausted to run after work.

What about before work? I hear you say, well that would be a no, ’cause that would mean waking up earlier than sparrow’s fart, yeah no thanks.

If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you that I’m so happy that SAAC running season has started again.  While I might not be able to get to all the events this year due to work, it’s good to run with other people, and socialize with other runners.

If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you that I take it as a badge of honour when one of the SAAC running coaches is impressed that you are still improving and getting faster.

If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you that I clocked up approx 142km for March, that’s the most I’ve run for this year, and 2nd overall since running.  The most I have run in a month is 147km, and that was in December 2014.

That brings me to a total of 400km for the year! Woot go me! If I keep this up I will clock 1600km for the year.

If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you that I take my hat off to all the nursing start at The Royal Children’s Hospital.  Miles went in to have his tonsils removed, and the staff their were fabulous.

Miles RCH

I would give the hospital a 9/10.  They lost a star due to their option of payment for parking.  Seriously they need a pay wave option like Ballarat Base Hospital has.  Do you hear that RCH?! The cost of parking didn’t bother me, the method however terrible.

If we were sitting down for coffee I would tell you that I have not seen a movie at the cinemas in like FOREVER.  I couldn’t even tell you the last movie I saw, it was THAT long ago.  Hoping to see Cinderella, I’ll keep you posted.

If we were sitting down for Coffee, what would you tell me?
