Speedwork Sessions #3

We all know how important speedwork is to us runners.

But what do you do during taper time?  Do you or do you not include them?

The answer is simple.

Do them, just make them a shorter session.

This is important because you don’t want to over train or get injured, especially in the lead up to an event.

The following is a great speedwork session to do in the taper period.  It’s short and sweet and gets the job done, especially when you already have tired legs.
